Sauce Pizza & Wine — Restaurant in Phoenix

We frequent this Sauce location. Food is always really good, as with other Sauce locations that we've dined at. I do want to say something about THIS location at Scottsdale Rd and Thunderbird though. All of their staff are very welcoming, helpful, customer oriented, friendly and knowledgeable about their food. I have friends and family members with specific dietary needs and they are always spot on with making accommodations. Everyone can find something they enjoy at Sauce. We dine there often in groups, with kids, ladies lunch out and take out. Last week, we decided to do a catering order, some special dietary needs included plus lots of regular food to make my life easy for our annual Halloween trick or treating get together. The food was the usual yummy, packaged to just open and serve and everyone dove in. I was tossing the Chicken Pine Nut salad...a fan favorite here, and noticed that we were missing the dressing. One phone call and the manager had one of his staff drive to our home and bring us the dressing, in less than 10 minutes!!!!!! I have NEVER received such an over the top response from any establishment when something in my order was forgotten... a total honest mistake...i know they were slammed on Halloween, but that wasnt an excuse. We also received coupons for 2 free entrees for the inconvenience. This made our dinner never miss a beat, and I was overwhelmed with the gratitude of the manager...But that is SAUCE, Thunderbird and Scottsdale Rd. They are AMAZING! Thank you,...

Okay (smile) I can hardly contain my joy for the outstanding customer service I received and the delicious food which was sensational!

Additionally, a huge heartfelt thank you to the gracious Addie "I hope I got her name right" for service extraordinaire of whom I am commending for said customer service!

Hence; our office ordered lunch for the entire office prior to my personal experience and it was my first time trying Sauce which resulted clearly in repeat business! The food was hot, delicious and flavorful.

However the only thing I would like to make notable mention of is that I although I ordered meatballs and pasta, there was hardly any sauce which took me by complete surprise and just a dab of parmesan on just one of three meatballs. This was disappointing but still delicious!

It didn't deter me from wanting to try it again as it was really good. They more than made up for it when I personally went in and shared of this experience. They made sure I had more than enough sauce and parmesan which was super yummy!

To that end, I highly recommend this Sauce restaurant! Go for the food, and hopefully enjoy the service which warrants this review of which it gives great delight to present. Thank you Addie you made this a memorable, delicious and...

🥫We had the pleasure of trying Sauce Pizza & Wine last night, and we must say, we were thoroughly impressed with their delicious food and efficient delivery service. We ordered their Mozzarella, Fontina, and basil pizza along with their Canolis, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The pizza was loaded with melted cheese and fresh basil, and the crust was crispy and perfectly baked. The Canolis were equally impressive. The pastry was flaky and crunchy, while the creamy filling was sweet and indulgent. I was so impressed with the food quality that I will be ordering from Sauce Pizza & Wine again. I ordered delivery through Door Dash, and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and efficient the delivery service was. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was very professional and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Sauce Pizza & Wine, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service.
