My Rating: 1- needs to improve 2- okay 3- good 4- excellent Dish: today we got to enjoy a Parillada Mixta, and a ribeye steak Presentation: 4 The presentation on both dishes was excellent! As soon at they were set on the table we wanted to get started. Taste: 4 Both dishes tasted just as they seemed, excellent. The fish was crispy, the shrimps all had perfect flavor, the steak was very tender even at medium. Really enjoyed this place Service: 4 We arrived shortly after they opened, which meant my wife and I had the restaurant to ourselves. The waiter was always nearby occupying himself with tasks but I noticed how he was constantly looking over to make sure we were ok. Atmosphere:4 Clean restaurant, inside and out. Music playing in the background was enjoyable. Western themed, taxidermy and hanging horns all around. Definitely a place you invite friends from out of town or those who you want to show a good place to Establishment: PPP: $ 30-40 Highlight: The flavor of our dishes was top level. I liked how all chairs had the restaurant logo on them. Definitely sets them apart from other restaurants and 1 thing I have always liked but few have, is a menu with the corresponding pictures next to. Good quality pictures. Well done Los Pinos, thank you

I was hesitant to come, husband wanted to come. We were here earlier than open about 15 minutes. No one was here. No workers.. about 5 minutes before they opened two people from the staff arrived. We came in and were the first and only people to come and eat here before we were about to leave couple more came in. Menu showed lots of potential.. that ended when the food arrived. Husband ordered the machaca and eggs and I ordered the chilaquiles. Lady offered to add chicken or barbacoa, since I knew no one was here I assumed their meat is not freshly cooked in the mornings.. so I just ordered with eggs and green salsa. My food looked good but when I started to eat the salsa didn't taste like it was made fresh from scratch.. it tasted from a can. My husband machaca looked scary as if they took pillow fluff and painted brown and add beef flavor to it. The booth we got sat was dirty.. My husband return the food he didn't like it and even though she offered to bring something else he didn't want to. In our check they still charged us his plate even though he only took a few bites out of it and had told her he didn't like it, when the server came back asked her why he was being charged for it, so she took it off the tab . Not coming back to this place.

I recently visited Los Pinos and was blown away by the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. But the real star of the show was the food! Every dish I tried was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The menu had a great variety of options, from classic favorites to inventive new dishes. And the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend Los Pinos to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to enjoy a great meal with friends, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Luis was the best server

We came here to celebrate my brothers birthday. We got the WORST service ever from a particular server. To begin with, our plates sat on the counter for over 30 min, once the server brought the food is was SUPER cold. We told her about how cold the food was (in a very polite manner). It was obvious that she got mad about it. They reheated our food. She brought us silver ware and slid it across our table! Then she brought us lime in small cups, AND SHE THREW THE LIMES ALL OVER OUR TABLE. SHE DIDN’T SAY SORRY OR CLEAN UP THE MESS SHE DID. She literally just left and attended other guests. I had to do something about this horrible service. So I stood up and told her to to pick up the limes. She came to clean up with the worst attitude ever, and even then she didn’t apologize. The only reason she even cleaned up was because I TOLD HER. After that happened, we asked for the manager and told him about the insulting behavior we had just witnessed. He changed our server and there was a noticeable difference with the new server’s customer service. Despite that, we weren’t able to enjoy our food because of how upset we were. I WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN because of that horrific service and situation that we had to experience with the first server. Attached will be a picture of her. SHE...
