Taqueria Mi Lindo Guanajuato — Restaurant in Phoenix

We've been here before and we liked it. Today was another story. My wife ordered tacos de papa and we all placed our orders as well. We sat down and waited for over 20 minutes and the waiter (I think she is the owner) came to the table and said that they were out of tacos de papa why couldn't they say something when I placed the order In the begining. It took at least another 15-20 minutes more to get our food maybe more. This place was not busy it all. My son ordered a quesabirria taco and on the menu it clearly says that you get a cup of consome when you order just one taco. My son got his taco and no consome, we went to ask the waiter (owner) and she said you have to buy 2 quesabirria tacos and got an attitude. The menu clearly states otherwise. The cucumbers were nasty my son and I ate them and we spit them out because they were spoiled and the cabbage was really yellow looking. We told the waiter (owner) and she took the cabbage. we wanted some cabbage and she said she had some but it wasn't cut up. Will not be going back to this place anymore and does not recommend this place at all.

Replaying the owner's comment: we did not demand a refund you offered the refund it's the right thing to do. We did not mistreat the waiter or were rude on anyway .we just got a little annoyed that it took like 20-30 minutes to let us know that you were out of tacos de papa and even longer to get our food. When we asked for the consome my son was still eating his taco and it took a little while to bring the consome so he finished his taco by the time you brought the consome. Just to be cleared we were not rude or mistreated anyone at all. You are the one that got an attitude when we asked you for the consome you said you didn't want to argue and...

This is my husband and I's new favorite Mexican restaurant. I stumbled upon it on DoorDash a few months ago and ordered from there. I loved it and ordered it again for my husband to try as well. He liked it so much he wanted to go and eat there in person. We have eaten there multiple times in person, ordered through DoorDash, and ordered for pick-up over the phone. The food is always great and tastes fresh. The customer service is always great when we go in person or call. My favorite are the quesabirria tacos and my husband likes their carne asada burrito. I have not had something from their menu so far that I have not liked as I have tried other dishes as well. Their salsas are also very good. We like the atmosphere when we go there to eat and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good...

Hands down the best quesadilla, I have ever had. I sprung for the large at 9.99 and it was massive. It was rich in a buttery flavor with gooey cheese and perfectly seasoned carne asada. The grilled onions were also a nice touch. I also ordered the carne asada and pastor tacos, both great flavors... the red sauce was so good and hot it brought tears to my eyes.
