I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for as long as I can remember. My family frequents your business, and I’ve recommended you to numerous friends and neighbors over the years. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience that has caused me to reconsider my support.
This is the second time I’ve received an incorrect cake order. The first incident involved a cake for my partner’s daughter; the decoration did not match what was requested, though the issue was acknowledged and corrected. However, today’s experience was particularly frustrating and disheartening.
I placed my cake order a week in advance, clearly communicated the design specifications, provided reference photos, and reviewed and signed the order form to confirm everything was correct. When I arrived at 2:00 PM to pick up the cake—despite being told earlier that it was ready by 12:00 PM—I discovered it had not been made according to the agreed design.
I immediately brought this to the team’s attention, and they assured me the issue would be fixed. However, after taking the cake back, the corrections made were even worse. I showed the staff the reference image again and even offered my phone to assist them. I was then informed the original baker was not present and that was the reason for the error, but I find this an unacceptable excuse for such a significant oversight.
In addition, at no point during the ordering process was I informed that silver icing or decoration was unavailable. This lack of transparency is unprofessional, especially for a custom order costing over $122.94 I did not leave your store until 3:30 PM—well over an hour after arriving.
When I arrived at the event and finally opened the cake, I was even more disappointed to find that the frosting color and decorations were incorrect, and the cake flavor and internal details did not match what I had ordered. This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, as the cake was meant for a special surprise celebration.
Given the circumstances and the poor quality of service and product, I am formally requesting a refund. I hope this issue will be taken seriously, as my experience does not reflect the high standards I’ve come to expect from...

I was referred to this bakery by several friends so I went in to order a cake for my sister's gender reveal dinner (keep in mind it's her First baby and my mom's first grandchild. If course before I even placed an order I made sure they did customs made colored cake based on the gender and to my surprise they did. Of course I verify and confirmed that the bread was going to be colored and not just plain white/vanilla and I was assured hit would be. So I went in to pick up the cake on the pick up date and I asked again are you guys sure the cake is the color I asked and they guy who had take my order said yes it was made exactly how you ordered it. I was ok. So the the time comes for my sister and her husband to cut it and when they cut the piece out it's WHITE!!!! They looked puzzled as did everyone including myself. So the cake was not customer made the videos being taken were ruined and as was the reveal. On top of that I called in to let them know my cake was not made how I ordered it and the lady I spoke with had the audacity to say it wasn't their fault because the custom colored bread was missed placed and typed under a different section in the order placement. So I according to them it was my fault and the cake was half eaten by the GUESTS. If I could go e a Zero start I would. Just think twice before making a customer ordered cake here... Read moreI ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday. It was a very special celebration we were having for him. I ordered it 2 weeks before, I wanted a panda decoration and that it said ‘Happy birthday Julian’. The day that I was supposed to get it I called to know the time. They told me to go pick it up at 11am. I drove 45 mins to get it and when I got there they told me they did not have it ready that it would take an hour and if I could just go home. After 45 mins waiting the come out with this cake and there was no letters on it and I had to ask them to put them on. They handed me this cake with an open box and they went to the back. I took it home and had to figure out how to store it without lid. We had to fix the panda because it was awful. We had the cake and it was not so amazing. No awful but not great. I would never go back there. I was excited to use a small local place but I was just so disappointed.
