I went through the drive-thru around 1808 & the girl that took my order was presumptuous and rude. I repeated my order 3x & when I corrected her she replied with “my bad.” She has obviously poor vocabulary; When I got to the window & paid she handed me my first drink my “water” I told her I asked for a Venti size- her response was “ I heard just water & she giggled 🤭 .” Her attitude was so poor. If she can give that energy out then she should make sure to handle the same energy back. Next, my strawberry refreshener was handed to me & it was a PINK drink. I told her pay attention; this is not what I ordered. She had a smirk on her face when I said that she went to complain to this weird looking girl (her coworker), which she looks back at me, but I didn’t care because she shouldn’t be rude in the first place when all I did was be respectful until she started being “negative.” The rude girl went to the corner & had someone else hand me the rest of the drinks, since she couldn’t handle my response. Read moreI came to this Starbucks before taking my kids to enjoy some fun at Uptown Jungle. I didn't taste my drink until I got into uptown Jungle and my kids were already playing. When I tasted my drink there was no flavored and wasn't made how I ordered it. I knew I wouldn't be able to go back for another 2 hours since that's how long my kids were playing. So that I could notify them immediately I called to let them know that I wanted my drink to be remade but It would be two hours before I could come back. Marsha took my call and was extremely apologetic. She said that she was leaving in about 45 minutes so if I wasn't there she'll leave a note. This review is specifically for Marsha because she acknowledge that I probably really wanted the drink as my kids played which was correct. I was working remotely on my laptop while my kids played. Read morePlaced an order before 8pm since they closed at 830pm went for a walk with our family to pick up order. When we arrived doors were locked, we knocked/pulled on door to get any of the 4 associates attention but the only thing we got were pointed fingers to drive thru, they looked away immediately looking annoyed. Had to CALL to let them know why we were outside/knocking, after telling him we walked to pick up mobile order he replied "only the drive thru is open". I asked what should I do if I placed a mobile order, I'm there, and we walked (again) he said I guess we can take it to you at the door. Unfortunately this is closest to our house and we wont be taking this chance again but the least they could've done was asked how could they help since they were only doing drive thru (nicely). I understand it was late, sometimes app doesnt update to "drive up" only but I've had this happen at different locations with different/more nicer...
