I picked up a pair of bamboo earrings in the Pico Rivera location and they were too small for my wife. I called the store to see what can be done and I was greeted by Ms. Hidiy. After asking me all the pertinent questions, she went right to work. I received nothing but Outstanding customer service from Ms. Hidy. She went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of options in getting the correct size earrings for my wife. She took photos and created a video showing me the difference in sizes and sent it to my device.

I do not live in the area or frequent the area, but stopped by the store on a special sales day event to purchase earrings. I am a sales manger for a fortune 500 company and she is an example of the representation every company should have for growth and success. Worst company to deal with . They billed us wrong put the due date as 3/22 we paid it but noticed a late fee . When we called to see about the late charge their response was the bill was a mistake it was due 2/22.... after that we paid it in full . Our bank paid them directly and they charge me again with a late fee again I called and their response ..we didnt receive your payment. After some complaining they finally found it.... and still after all that another late fee . I tried to get it dropped but I just paid it cause they were horrible. I figured it was a small fee to never have to deal with them again....please think twice before making a purchase. One last note walking a payment in on the due...

So today I had some jewelry appraised, I'm angry that a white gold 'diamond' bracelet my husband paid $500 for during Christmas is NOT gold at all, it is silver. The marking is there, as I was shown it with a magnifying glass. The diamonds are NOT 1/4 karat either!! Apparently from what I gathered today from a few people, Daniel's is known for dipping 'silver' and selling it as white gold. NEVER again!! Beware people.

Might I add, Gabby C. has no business working in there or with the public. Her face always looks like she's smelling s*, she stares at customers with a disgust in her face and she talks to you...
