i went from a medium length hair to a bob haircut ,above the shoulder.the lady charged me $45 dollars plus tip. i honestly think it was too much. my hair is super easy to cut as is straight so it wasnt a reason for that price. the haircut itself wasnt bad but it wasnt perfect either. I am ok with the haircut but the economy is bad as it is and people come to this place to save money and the stylits are over charging. also i showed her a pic how i want it my hair n she didnt even pay attention to it she just glanze it and was like " ok so short" n i was like yeah but like the picture with some layers. but she didnt did that. i still was ok how it was cut one lenght but it wasnt was had i asked her. good thing my hair grows fast. and im trying to be positive about my haircut that i kind of wasnt that happy just "ok" . im just trying not to cry about it and see...

Don't ever sit with Sylvia. Ever. I have been a customer here for almost 10 years. As of today, I'm never going back. Went in today to get a trim on the sides (a 3) and a trim at the top since I have a top knot. As of today as well, I don't have a top knot anymore. It took me 6 months to get to the length I had and even after explaining multiple times what I wanted, Sylvia still decided to do what she wanted and cut off most of my top knot. I didn't realize it because she was cutting by bits at a time and ended up chopping off 5 inches of hair on the place where I WANTED to let it grow. She did such a bad job in fact, that now I can't slick my hair back, I can't comb it to the side because it is ridiculously uneven and the only option left of cutting it more. Why employ people who don't understand what you say and cannot do their job right?...

I dont recommend getting your haircut by Lucy.I paid $45 for a haircut I didn’t even ask for. I told her to not cut off my blonde parts and i even showed her a picture of what i want and what i want was simple. If she couldn’t do it she should’ve said something but instead she still decided to cut my hair. The length of the haircut stopped at the armpits but she cut it to my shoulders and when i asked for side bangs she said if im sure i was confused because the picture showed side bangs. When the haircut was done it looked nothing like the photo and all my blonde was gone she had told me “I told you it would be short” i was confused cause she never told me that. I wanted to cry because i never wanted my hair to be super short also if you look at the photos on here she messed up another...
