I had two tires replaced for the first time on my new car and saw that the wheels had been scratched and chipped. I never had any issues in years prior, so I was quite frustrated when the manager told me that the damage was there before he touched them (conveniently only on the wheels that he had touched to replace the tires). After going back and forth for two days they said they would fix the damage with polish and touch up paint. Only to be frustrated again when they could only polish them due to not having the paint in stock (even after given 2 weeks notice). So if you have beat up wheels and wouldn't mind the extra damage then this business is a good bet. However, if you have newer damage-free wheels and would rather not be told "they won't stay new forever because you'll curb the car at some point" then...

In the past, I once went to this shop when I had a very slow air leak in one tire that I couldn't identify. They were able to sort out that it was an issue with the valve stem and replaced it for no charge. They didn't have to do that, but it definitely earned a them a repeat customer. More recently I purchased five new tires from them, four mounted plus a spare. I was and am quite satisfied with the result and also greatly appreciated the fact that they were willing to mount the spare under my truck for me....
