A Dream Come True Cabin — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Great view, great location. Minutes from Dollywood and OberGatlinburg. Very close to Wal-Mart for all your shopping needs. The cabin was very nice my only complaint would be that the fireplace only worked one out of the 6 days we were there and the hot tub took 4 days to reach a decent temp. We called for the fireplace and someone was suppose to come out and look at it but never did come. Although We did have central heat, since we were there for Christmas the fireplace would have been a nice touch and the kids were excited to sit in front of it the one day...

Had a terrible experience. Hot tub didn’t work not to mention we about burn up all day and night. Kids TV didn’t work. The pool was very small. Ice maker didn’t work. WI FI was terrible. The beds had old spring mattress’s that were very uncomfortable. Management was no help at all. IT WAS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE WE EVER STAYED. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON...

This place needs a lot of TLC. Blinds and walls had layers of dust on them. Countertops were screwed down with an L bracket. When we arrived they hadn’t even cleaned and changed the linens from the previous tenants. So we then had to leave and wait another several hours before being able to get back in.
