Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

No gloves, only paper to handle donuts sitting out in the open. The worst part was that my credit card was intentionally not given back to me after the transaction at the drive-thru. I live out of state and I was quite a ways away heading home when I realized that my card was not with me. I called back and asked if my card was there. A woman said that it was. I told her that I was VERY unhappy about that! It was a Macy’s AmEx so I am sure they saw $$! I told them that someone had better stay there until I drove all the way back. I also said I wanted to speak to a manager. She told me she was the manager. I told her that I was very unhappy with this and there is no excuse why my card was not handed right back to me at the window. Her response was, “ok”. When I got back there. She was not at the window anymore. I told the girl that I was there to get my card. She went around the corner to the back of the store. In a few minutes, she, another girl and the manager all come back to the window, crowded into it, while she gave me my card. There was no apology and no offering to make anything right. All three girls were in the back of the store for a while with my card. The other two people with me agreed this was one of the most shady things they had ever seen. Now this morning, I am using my time to call KK. I’ve been on hold for over 40 min. I guess they think I will give up. I won’t. I will also be calling AMEX to see if there are any charges on that card. That whole store was shady with people hanging around a wide open back door with one guy having a wet towel from the restaurant hanging across the top of his head. That is disgusting. That whole store needs to be shut down!...

Placed online order & had to place it 3x due to fact it kept giving me error message after accepting amount & order. Go to pick up & my order went thru 2x on their end & lady sd to check my acct if it charged me they would refund me my $. This was on Friday 9/2/22 @ 715am. I waited till Labor day w/e was over & banks opened. Well I was charged 3 separate times for my 1 order. I called & the guy who I spoke to was very rude, told me to go online & fill out form on contact page which I tried to do before calling & that failed after writing everything & submitting proof & hit next & it took me back to start. So I wasted over 3hrs in total & still had to go online again & submit complaint to try & get my money refunded. Whn I finished submitting the form & uploading receipts it asked for location of store & it don't even have this location on their map to select from @ all. Closest is Knoxville. So again, more waste of my time. I just want my $ refunded to my acct. We shall see. Besides the online ordering experience, the donuts were hot & fresh & ready when I arrived to pick up. & they had the deal get dozen of plain for $1 if u order a dozen. Sole reason I ordered online. It was only $13.83 but ended up paying for it 3x not 1x. Go figure! Hoping they make it right because the man I spoke too sure didn't care of they did or not. He was so rude & kept trying to hurry off phone as if I was bothering him. When all he had to do was refund me my money. Hoping corporate contacts me because they need to fix their system. Sole reason I hate ordering online. For this...

Still loving❤ this location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend stopping here to get your hot & ready fix! LeAnn and crew was hard at work filling a fundraiser order of a few thousand dozen, so I didnt get my hot & ready this afternoon but I will be back later this evening and/or in the morning. This year we stopped in 5 days of our 7 day stay.

Been coming to this location while on vacation for 6 yrs. I've never had a problem. Good coffee (hot & cold) Great hot fresh donuts!!! This year my 16 month old son was happy when we stopped. He watch them cook the donuts and the staff behind the glass making donuts was nice they waved & smiled back to my son...one employee gave him a free donut (it was one that was imperfect for selling cause it was perfectly round) My son ate the whole donut he loved it!! The young man boxing orders was a little slow but I was because he was being personable and joking around and talking to each and every customer....which I believe is a good thing so waiting a minute or two extra isnt a big deal for me...he did with the people in front of us, us and the people behind us (the people behind us was kind of rude sighing and huffing but from some of the reviews on here you say staffers are rude and stone like and not very personable but then if they are talky/joke-y then the are slow and take to much time) like i said I've never had any issues with this location and come twice while on vacation every year...so been here at least 12...
