My friend and I went on passholder day. She went on Mystery Mine yesterday evening and lost her glasses. Tim King and the employees that work at Mystery Mine went above and beyond to help us. The employees helped my friend walk down the stairs after the ride (she can’t see without her glasses) and then went out in the dark and raining night to look for them. Tim was excellent at keeping us posted, telling her how to file a claim, wanting to know how to make our experience better, etc. He even took her name, number, and a picture she had of the glasses and assured her he would call her in the morning to let her know if they found them after looking again in the morning. She offered to stay after the parked closed for maintenance or anyone to retrieve it once the park was closed and the coasters were down. They refused. Told her to call lost and found. No one answers the phone in lost and found for hours. When she finally gets someone to respond, they tell her it's useless and no one will go to get this clearly visible and no in a dangerous spot phone before hanging up on her.
