I have been coming to the club since they first open and loved this place… My daughter took me a couple weeks ago for lunch for my birthday and I was extremely disappointed! It was lunchtime and I was really looking forward to mashed potatoes. Unfortunately The waitress said you guys did not have any disappointing but totally ok. And my waitress the whole time was awesome. However, the food took Way longer than it should have, and there was only I think one other Group of people there besides us and they had already had their food before we came in. And when I finally got the food, my chicken dance sandwich chicken was terrible quality chicken, mostly un edible chicken and the breading was subpar to what it normally is… And I love your guises chicken, so I was extremely disappointed. But I could see why they were taking forever with cooking and doing a Terrible job. the main chef guy I don’t know his name, but he is The main chef had a group of friends come in who clearly were not workers of the club. The female was wearing pajamas. They looked very dirty. Reeked of smoke. They went back into the kitchen, which made me feel very uncomfortable with The cleanliness of the place, but especially the kosher. On top of that when they came out of the kitchen, they proceeded to talk, cursing and being very loud and obnoxious, making the whole atmosphere feel cheap trashy and low class and I had a small child with me That had to hear curse words… Don’t get me wrong before this experience I have a loved every time I’ve come to the club however, now I worry about the safety and my food if random people are going back in the kitchen. Not to mention, I have to worry about what type of things we have to listen to when going into what supposed to be a Jewish kosher establishment and for the workers to be acting like this I don’t feel comfortable. I felt bad for my daughter who really wanted to do something special for me...

Here’s my review:
I called to order food, which was ready 45 minutes after I placed the order. I ordered online, with only pick-up and delivery options available. I called the host to let her know that I didn’t want pick-up, as I planned to eat inside. She said that was fine, but when I called back to check if the food was ready, another employee informed me that I could only do carry-out and needed a reservation to dine in. The place was extremely small, not big enough to justify requiring reservations, but I was told that reservations must be made 12-24 hours in advance.
I ordered a burger and fries, along with 16 spicy wings and a Snapple. I tipped 18%, bringing the total to $52. They didn’t mention that fries came with the burger, so I was charged for an extra order of fries. To be fair, the fries were excellent. However, the minimum order for wings was 16, which I found unusual, as I’m used to wings being available in increments of 4 or 6 in most U.S. places.
The food itself was mediocre—definitely a 5/10 at best, just basic Americana style. I had high expectations based on the website photos, but the taste didn’t live up to the images, and everything felt very average. As a burger enthusiast who loves a good kosher burger, I was really disappointed. Honestly, I had a better experience at Mangal Grill, and that’s just a food truck! Most likely, I won’t be returning and will take my business to Atrium...
Read moreMy wife and I came here for dinner, as we'd heard a new place had opened and we wanted to try it out.
I'll start off with the positives. The service was quite good, and the food wasn't terrible, even if the portion sizes weren't massive. The place has a sort of rustic feel, so if you're into that, it's quite nice.
That said, there were a few issues, though that could just be because this place is new, and has yet to find its footing. For one, it's pretty small and there are a lot of tables crammed into the space. It's also poorly insulated, and every time the door opened, the temperature dropped noticeably, and we were seated as far from the doors as possible.
The food was just okay, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. The prices are quite high when compared to other similar places in town, and when it comes to both food and portion sizes, I'm afraid it just does not deliver. That said, there were a couple of items my wife and I did enjoy.
Service was pretty good, but I had to ask for things several times before they were brought, and more than once something was completely forgotten. And once things got busy, service was basically non-existent.
All in all, it's a nice place to try once, but unless there are some serious changes, I don't see myself coming back again...
