Yes, PLEASE help!!! Two weeks ago I was in the market for a gold necklace and bracelet for my husband. After a few days of shopping around, we met a jeweler who was ready to help us with anything we wanted. He promised us the moon and the stars before he got our money. We were down to a single choice, a "brand new, never been worn set", however, the only thing standing in our way was the type of clasp, which the gentleman promised he would change to the type we wanted in three days. At this time he also promised to make my husbands wedding band "like new" for no charge. We agreed this would be great. After getting home, we realized the necklace did not weigh what he told us it did and also he charged me an extra $100 than we agreed on to my debit card. Having never heard from him on in the three days, we called on the fourth, which he said the clasp wasn't in yet and he would call. After 13 days, still no word, and now surprise, surprise, the clasp on the bracelet pulls apart exactly where we were uneasy about buying it in the first place. After reading the receipt, which says "refund or exchange within 15 days, not if altered, and not on clearance items", we decide God is telling us to get our money back. However, when we go to the store the owner had no idea we even needed the clasp, now says he will "fix it". We tell him we want to have our money back because we don't trust him and if he fixes it we will then return. The owner then proceeds to tell us getting our money is "not going to happen" because oh, we bought a "clearance item" because on our receipt they jacked up the price with various numbers of which we NEVER discussed. There was only one discussed price for our "brand new, never worn" jewelry set. I feel like nothing they said was true, and now they are playing "ha, ha I got your money too bad for you". The jewelry doesn't weigh, was never made the way it was supposed to be, and now too bad???? A lawyer told me I have a great case and I reported them to the Florida Attorney General Office as well as filed a civil suit. Shame on you people. I would advise NOT spending any money without notarized documentation. Also, the guy told me as well that if I bought an engagement ring it could be upgraded at anytime. GLAD I didn't...

Worst business I have ever dealt with!! No integrity or morals. PLEASE BEWARE! 0 stars.... unfortunately have to rate 1......Unfortunately I fell into their trap and bought a chain from them close to $1000 which they claimed was white gold at the time of purchase. Now I come to find out that it is silver and only because it's getting tarnished. Yes I was wrong for not doing my homework about them but you live and learn I guess. When I confronted them, they said they would never do that and started arguing even though I have receipts to prove it and denied everything. Total scam. I took it to several places and each and everyone said it was silver because it clearly said 925 on it and was worth $150 max. They took advantage of my innocence and had a great laugh. Had to go through the credit card company to fight and get money back because I got ripped off. Manager was a pain to deal with. Customer service was horrible to say the least. Wish I had read their other "amazing" reviews here before going into this store....complete...
