I’ve got to give a 5 stars because of one special employee going above and beyond!!!
My autistic cousin and I went to Sephora to pickup some foundation for myself.
She has sensory issues when it comes to her face especially, so she doesn’t wear makeup regularly. Sometimes she will do a splash of eyeshadow and a bit of mascara, but that’s all.
When I asked Chantal her recommendation, she was extremely helpful and mentioned lightweight makeup for my vacation.
Over the course of a few minutes she educated us both on all the terms (lightweight, medium coverage, hydrating, able to be built on). Who knew there was so much that goes into cosmetology??
Chantal asked if she could do a little makeup on me; sure! She used the Urban Decay Naked foundation on me, and I had to get it. So smooth and perfect for outdoors!
I got up from the chair and Chantal looked at my little cousin and said “it’s your turn beautiful!”
Her eyes just lit up! Normally she doesn’t let anyone near her face whatsoever, but Chantal made her so comfortable by talking about her new school and life in general, that she sat perfectly still and smiled through it.
Chantal was done before she even realized. She did her foundation, mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner!
We didn’t have plans for the rest of the day, and my cousin felt like the most beautiful girl in Orlando, so we went out to Harry P. Leu gardens for a photo shoot!

Read moreWell let me share my experience today waited for the store to open to purchase some items said they were online turns out they were not so I said hey might as well take samples of the items I was going to purchase while I wait for them to be back in stock miss sara picks and chooses who she wants to take care of first although she was assisting me with a sample first proceeded to tell me to wait to go to the register because someone literally walked up I got the feeling she did not want to help me because I am a minority shame on her she proceeded to help another guest while I stood and waited than did a pick up order and I patiently waited once she was done with the customer she than went to each isle fixing stuff before coming back to me than by that time I had 2 other samples I wanted to try since they were sold out and she told me I only have a limit of 3 samples as if I don’t spend money I have spent tons of money at this location shame on her and shame on you for having her as a lead there she judges people by there appearance and is not a good person made me feel very unwelcome im sure I’m not the only one I will not be back to this location because of nasty sarah i have never been treated so poorly in sephora...
Read moreSo today I went to Florida Mall for the first time in a very long time. Before going I called the store to ask them a question about a sale that was going on online for the make up brand that I was going to buy. When I went to the Sephora inside JCPenney (it was the wrong one), the manager stated no they will not be able to price match. The girl followed me around like a puppy and stood by me the whole time and I really did not like that. I didn’t feel like I was free to browse. So when the girl told me know that they couldn’t price match I called the other Sephora (inside the Fl Mall) and I went over there. I spoke to Jax initially and then with Rachel. I went in and Rachel was exactly who attended me. Ok, let’s leave it as she is the bomb.com she needs a raise! Getting married Friday so I was a nervous wreck and didn’t know what to buy. I shared my concerns with her and Rachel provided her recommendations. The other Sephora matched me with a color foundation that absolutely was not my color. Rachel matched me perfectly. Y445 what I told the other girl to begin with. Rachel was wonderful! Fast and stress free process. Such a happy bride to be. I got Make Up Forever...
