I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pinecrest Pilates! This place has completely transformed my perspective on exercise and staying active. Thanks to Jayme, who has been my primary instructor, I’ve developed a new-found love for fitness. Not only do I feel physically stronger, but the mental benefits have been just as powerful. Every time I walk through the doors, it feels like the world stops, and it’s just about me and my well-being—better than any medicine!

I’m so grateful to the friend who recommended I try this studio. The vibe here is exactly what I needed—calming, supportive, and empowering. Great instructors. I like the small personal classes and individual attention that smaller classses have to offer. Very limited spaces available as Reserved spaces (15) are booked pretty far in advanced. My only complaint is that their scheduled classes are inconvenient for working professionals due to their very limited time slots . Only one class after 5 pm and first class starts at 8am so for those medical professions that work from 7 am to 5 pm, this is a downside of coming here. Saturday and Sunday classes are usually booked with regular clients. It Appears that most clients are "stay at home moms" , retired, or professionals that does not have regular...

I love the welcoming environment at Pinecrest Pilates. I mostly do the Spin - Pilates combo, and Lisa does a fantastic job with the High-Intensity Interval Training. Then there's a time for Pilates to stretch and work the muscles. All of the Pilates instructors in the studio are excellent.
