Do not shop at this location. The managers are incompetent and they will steal your money. I tried to exchange an online order of a purse that wasn't what I expected. I had paid with a $25 gift card and put the remainder on my Express credit card. They told me they had issues with their register so they had to process my return over the phone. They refunded the partial amount back to my credit card and handed me back my receipt. I asked them about the gift card I had used and they said they would only give me $2 of the $25 back. I told them there must be some mistake, because I showed them the receipt where I paid $25 with a giftcard. They just looked at me dumbfounded. 90 minutes, two managers, and 3 phone calls to customer service later, they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They would only give me back $2 instead of the full $25. They refused to help me or reprocess the order. They told me I had to come back on Monday because phone customer service was closed. THIS WAS A LIE. I then left the store and called customer service myself that moment and Carol on the phone helped me almost instantly. She saw the error and immediately made it right. Nadia failed to tell me that the $20 sweater I exchanged was an exchange only, so when I purchased a $140 dress with $20 exchange credit it made my dress a ālocked in exchangeā. Here I am trying to return the dress and they are refusing to give me even store credit or a refund for the rest of my $120 I paid for the difference. If she had explained from the beginning that it would make my dress non refundable I would have purchased the dress separately. The manager then told me I had to shop around for $120 worth of merchandise (that would also not be returnable) that minute or take the dress with me.
