I had sold tickets on Stubhub to a concert and one person bought 4 tickets, but did it in two different transactions. This meant that there would be two tracking numbers, one for each transaction. When I got to the store, the woman argued with me for 5-10 minutes on why I wasn't just mailing them together when they were going to the same place. I consistently tried to explain to her that that wasn't an option because the tracking numbers were for each package, and not for my use, but for stubhub to keep track. The next day I got a call from stubhub saying that they were charging my account because the tickets all shipped in one package and the buyer had received all 4 tickets and wanted a refund for the shipping charge for one of the packages. Stubhub also informed me that one of the tracking numbers had never actually left the store. When I called this UPS store, I asked for a manager and when I was through explaining what had happened and how I wanted some sort of compensation for the charge, he hung up on me. When I called back, thinking it was an accident, he hung up on me again.
So, not only did the employee argue with me when it wasn't her place to, but she took it upon herself and she opened a package that didn't belong to her (pretty sure that's against the law), and handled the tickets which were almost $300 a piece. And then, the manager has the nerve to hang up on me, when it's his employees that are causing problems and doing things that they shouldn't be.
I will never use this location again. I would much prefer the FedEx store...

When I called to confirm , I was told immediately by the young lady at the desk , that it was not there and that it will be there tomorrow.
I said to the lady if it's not ready then who sent the text update that it's ready to be picked up . She then proceeded not to answer any further questions. I drove down there afterwards and saw her in person to show her the text . She argued with me for about 15 min, pretending to look through packages, and claiming it's not here. She kept telling me to come back tomorrow. Finally, I said please keep looking and somehow the package was right there . The original text message was at 10:18 am . I arrived to pick up the package at 1 pm . No apologies after she gave me the package either . I needed this package for work and it was supposed to arrive the day prior(which I let her know) . She still acted she did not care about the urgency...
Read moreI asked for the employees names because I believe they should be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to customers. I arrived at closing, Sunday so they closed early. (My first time at this location.) Andy was walking back to the counter after locking up, heard me outside, he turned back, unlocked the door, helped me with the computer and printing, (which took at least 7-10 minutes), all with a smile. Sweety was so thoughtful and helpful, frankly I'm not used to that kind of customer service! After holding them up to go home, he held the door open to see me out.
I have only left a review a few times in my life, very rare. But when someone provides extraordinary service, I don't know how else to show my gratitude. What Sweety and Andy don't know, is those papers had a deadline to be emailed at midnight. They were extremely important, I am just so grateful. I will never go anywhere else for my printing...
