Piscataway Pizza — Restaurant in Piscataway Township

We have given this place multiple chances, tonight was the last straw. Ordered a pizza, plain and well done (we learned from past orders that the pizza is often undercooked), an eggplant parm sandwich, 12 wings, and a ceasar salad.

Delivery was made within 40 min (yay!) but after we took it inside, we found that the eggplant was actually a meatball sub. Called up and told a worker that there was a mistake to which he told me that they were very busy and wasn’t sure when they could get a delivery guy back out. He offered a credit, however, that would leave two people with nothing to eat and NOT making dinner was the whole point of ordering out. He quoted me a half hour delivery time and told me to give the meatball parm back to the driver (so his manager could ‘inspect’ it-whatever the hell that means.)

Returning to the welll done pizza, we opened the box and it looked very undercooked (still white crust.) My son took a bite and spit it out...the whole bottom of the pizza was burnt black.

As I sit here, an hour after the quoted redelivery time, I am fuming. It is 8:30 at night and my mother in law and I have still not eaten dinner, my son ate leftover spaghetti o’s, and my husband and other son split 12 wings and a ceasar...

WOW, Wow, WOW!! let me start off by saying if you haven't ordered from these guys you need to! First off I live across town and they are super nice and deliver to us and the food isn't cold or old! There food is tasty, fresh, and just great! Tonight we placed an order and realized an item was missing. My husband called and let them know, they said let me call the driver and see if they forgot it we'll call you back. I told my husband to just call back and forget it just ask for a credit, we do live across town and it wasn't really a big deal just an honest mistake. He did just that and they informed him they were already remaking it and sending it back out!!! They were so nice, we got a prompt delivery with a little extra for the mistake. I just wanted to share this experience with everyone because I am big on customer service. Today its hard to come across that, places and people simply just don't care and I've had many bad experiences. This is so refreshing and they will forever have my business if they can keep this style of running a business. Thank you...

I would not reccomend this hotel or book in the future. 1 upon checkin the bathroom light and fan wouldn't turn off. The clerk came tried to fix ended up sending the maintenance man. Which consisted of a Hispanic man and his girlfriend. 2 When we returned later that night the TV doesn't work we called 3x and was told someone would be up to fix it. We eventually fell asleep without any help. 3 On Expedia and their website it list free continental breakfast the reason we chose this hotel. They only have coffee not even juice and when I complained the clerk told me on the key it list only coffee! How can I read a key online before I check in? 4 The curtains are falling down doesn't work was willing to over look until list of other problems.
