DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! If you're looking for the customer service of a poorly designed AI Bot, and overpriced, unprepped, worn surf equipment, look no further! Haven't been surfing in a decade. Decided to take a friend whom had never been. After 2 hours of absolute frustration, slipping and sliding all over the board, I remembered "Wax is a thing!". It was already time to return the rentals, so I shared my discovery with the shop worker who basically told me, people don't care, don't know any better and he said it's "a 90/40" the people that need wax to grip the board. Excellent math skills. I asked if it was a fair rental, not having provided a fully functional board. He said it was. Imagine the countless beginners trying to stand up on an unwaxed board and just thinking they suck! What a horrible disservice to any...

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. THE SURFING EQUIPMENT IS WARN OFF. I got a wetsuit with a big hole on it, around my leg and the leash on the surfboard was so torn and heavily used that it could barely hold together. When I told the staff about the hole on the wetsuit, he said that’s ok as long as there’s not a lot of water coming into it. I don’t know how they managed to surf without having water coming in. The equipment was not useable and the owner not only refused to refund, but also shown aggressive and unfriendly attitude. Oh and by the way, it’s really pricey to rent from here. Overall really poor experience. Do not recommend. There are many other better rental shops out...
