Seaside Gallery — Attraction in Pismo Beach

Extremely unhappy with their service and professionalism. When I came to pick up the artwork, I had to check their work. No certifications, prices missing, etc for my records. Lady argued if any artwork should come with a COA. Spoke to owner and he never followed up. Currently resolving the issue directly with the artist.

Phone number online doesn't work. Lady at the store will hound you to pick up your painting during covid from her personal phone. Even when the artwork isn't prepared for pick up.

This cute little art shop is a fun place to look around and see some pieces from local artists. There are a few nice pieces, depending on what you like. The woman running the shop can be helpful, depending on your age and status. I was there with my parents and children and considering buying one of the pieces. I couldn't get much attention or questions answered as she kept redirecting her attention to my parents (maybe thinking this was the best way for her to make a sale?) and ended up just leaving. I’m 6-8 months late in posting this review and am doing this on behalf of my parents who bought a painting at Seaside gallery 10 years ago and noticed that it began chipping. They spoke with the manager of the gallery who after much effort located the original artist and re-did the painting for a very reasonable price.
