The quality of the products available at this shop speaks for itself so I’m here to talk about the staff and owner and their customer service. We shopped at several different places that had exact or similar items for sale in San Luis Obispo and up and down the coast over the the Labor Day weekend, but I found myself drawn to the personable and caring people of the Pismo Pedego store and so we returned to purchase more items from them that we had originally passed on while just browsing. It was because of the friendly and knowledgeable interaction we had with them while shopping days earlier. Even when an item had to be exchanged for a better fit of what we needed the process went smoothly. I can tell they value their customers and appreciate the business. When you live two and a half hours away it’s comforting to know that there are people in commerce that want you to be a satisfied consumer when you get home. It’s nice to invest in good people sometimes and enjoy the quality of products just as the bonus. We had such an amazing time on our e-bike tour with Josh! 🚴‍♀️🌊 From Pismo Beach to Avila Beach, the whole ride was beautiful and full of fun stops. We cruised along the Bob Jones Trail, took in the views at Dinosaur Park, and even stopped for food and drinks at Mulligan’s Pub and A great spot called the Secret Garden along the Bob Jones Trail.

Josh was a fantastic guide—super personable, easygoing, and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The tour had the perfect mix of sightseeing, adventure, and relaxation. I bought a Pedego Electric bicycle from CLearwter Electric Bicycle on Enterprize and Mc Mullan Booth Road in Clearwater Florida. They are a good bicycle, but one problem with them is the battery frame where the battery sits up high which puts the weight up around the riders midline leading to less control of bicycle, they ought to make the handle bars narrower, just like they have on the Pedego Element Electric Bicycle.
