We stopped at this store and found a cute dog paw magnet and then my girlfriend wanted to try on a sweatshirt so we asked one of the employees if they could help us get one down and when we got over to the sweatshirts the girl asked my girlfriend where she put the dog paw magnet more or less accusing her of having stole it. Well she handed the magnet to me to hold so she could try on the sweatshirt. At this point we were ready to leave everything and walk out. But I said I will give them a second chance and as we got to the counter to pay the employees were to busy playing a dice game and cussing about there dice game to even bother helping us. At this point I really should have left but the dog paw magnet with our dogs name on it was to cute so we waited for them to finish their dice game and ring us up. I know good help is hard to find these days but I seriously hope the owner of this place starts spending more time training their employees on customer service. Needless to say we...

Extremely dissapointed with the customer service I experienced here. Most of the employees were wonderful but one young lady Macy/Maddy was beyond horrendous. My young children and I were trying to find a few cute swimsuits. The foul language is completely inappropriate for a family store such as this. A slip up is one thing but that rate is not ok. When I asked for her to check the back for a specific size, she scoffed at me and refused. As a paying customer who has been here several times, I won’t be back because of this one employee. She has no business in customer service. I will no longer recommend this business to my guests...

Nice souvenir shop right next to the beach. (next to Woolys too) The shirts here had more designs than the other shops before it- and had bright colors and better prints plus you get a discount when you buy two shirts. Tanks tops sweaters t shirts were all purchased here, plus hats! The other side of the store had lots of children gear, the back of the shop had other sizes- so EVERYONE regardless of size and shape was welcomed! Bought 6 shirts and two tanks tops to bring back to the Bay Area! Happy with...
