The UPS Store — Local services in Pittsburg

Note: This store has new owners who are polite, efficient and excellent at their job. They make shipping easy!!

The website says that the store is open until seven PM, but they have a little sign on the door indicating that they stop shipping at six. I arrived a little after six, and the owner told me about their policy. I complained that the website stated seven and he said he could do what he wants. He told me I should take the box with me and ship it from work. I told him that I took BART, and he then told me to take it on BART. It was a large and heavy box, and that wasn't reasonable. He kept saying that he was trying to help me, but he refused to ship the package, even though he said he would be there another hour. He was pretty argumentative and arrogant, and I finally told him that since he refuse to ship the package, he was wasting my time. I'll never do...

I enjoy this UPS Store location and its employees however I recently had a package not shipped and really need to get in touch with the manager to view cameras and rule out the store. I suspect USPS doing something shady. If the owner sees this please contact me.

Update: Package was found USPS mailman was at fault. If you ship any USPS packages please just take them straight to the USPS Office. The mailmen on this route do not care about your packages as I also had a package to be picked up on Saturday and the mailman chose not to take my package so I took the package to USPS on Monday. Again, this UPS store and its employees are amazing and like family. Just don’t trust USPS Mailmen on this route if you drop off packages...

What a joke this store is,they tried to deliver a package at my house at 11am on a Tuesday and expect me there to sign for it,t like do they not understand people have to work for a living and when I came into the store to pick it up the next day they won't give me my package even with proof of ID which matches the name on the package. they really need to get some actual employees in there and not high school dropouts that walk...
