Be sure to pay attention to the no refund policy. I accidentally picked up one wrong item with my purchase (wanted 4 Steeler Santa hats and got 3 Steelers and 1 Penguin and they were mixed together on the rack). I thought I could exchange it, but they didn’t have another Steelers hat and I was unable to get my money back. They do have no refund signs posted which I honestly didn’t notice because I ran in and out of the shop on my lunch break. I’d recommend reconsidering this policy or that the owner be willing to make exceptions when I returned 1 day later hoping to rectify the situation because of an honest mistake.
