Seriously, you'd be better off with whatever condition your phone is in rather than having these guys try to fix it.

My phone was made nearly unusable after YinzBreak I Fix got their hands on it.

First, they repaired the screen and when I got it back, the Touch ID no longer worked. I called and the guy apologized and told me to bring it back. Why would you not check to see if this works before giving it back to a customer? Then when I did take it back, FOUR separate times after that, they determined that it might not work again and that they should've told me there's a chance it wouldn't work after the screen repair. They said the original tech should've said this yet he made no mention of it whatsoever or I would've never went through with the repair. On top of this, while waiting for my phone to be fixed, I saw them accept other repairs and still make no mention of possible Touch ID issues that could result, clearly leaving other customers in the dark about the potential issues.

In addition to the Touch ID, the materials they use to replace the glass are clearly cheap replacements because my screen would no longer even register touch accurately ANYWHERE on the screen. Beyond that, the "Touch ID" button was clearly a piece of thin plastic the tech put on as it would dent and bend as you touched the home button.

After dealing with various techs and making over four or five trips downtown to have them fix their original issues they created, they still weren't able to repair my Touch ID or the screen issues.

Do not let these people touch your phone, they have no business doing so and clearly aren't experienced with...

Absolutely terrible! 1st of all you can’t get in touch with them. No one answers the phone and the “voicemail has not been set up” so you can’t leave a message. I dropped my phone off on a Thursday, was told they didn’t have white screens in until Saturday, it would be fixed by Monday-Tuesday, and that someone would call me to let me know when to come pick it up. No one ever called. I tried calling for 3 weeks. I didn’t want to drive all the way downtown and pay for parking unless it was ready. Finally after 3 weeks someone answered. He told me that my phone was still not fixed. He asked me if I would return the Groupon because “he never gets that money, bring cash”. Told me to give him an hour. I arrived 30 minutes later to get an update and was told ANOTHER HOUR. I walked back to my car, paid extra money for parking, walked around for another hour, went back and my phone was still not fixed. The owner came out of the back room and told me that there was “too much miscommunication, that I should take my phone somewhere else”. After waiting 3 weeks, paying for parking both times, and walking around aimlessly for an hour and a half??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! The worst part is this was a Groupon that I purchased and Groupon won’t give me a refund. I’m out of...

Had a phone they don't commonly see, but Cody assured me he was confident. I had a broken charge port and screen. All buttons were functional. He took a fee and I then waited two weeks. He then attempted to return it to me with a fixed screen, but non functional volume buttons or front buttons. The charger port was also still damaged, and on closer inspection, was still the original port.

I brought it back to them and the apologized and said they'd bought the wrong part but would fix their mistake at no expense. I waited another two weeks.

I then got the phone back. The charging port was still damaged, and so were. the front buttons. He had also completely bricked my phone. Only connecting it to a computer would fix it, but I could not do that unless he fixed the port.

I brought it back to him and he told me it would cost another $200 to fix. The only damage to the phone was damage I had already paid him to fix or that he had done himself while 'repairing' my phone. He also blatantly refused to give me a refund.

Further,every single time I stopped in to see what was up I heard at least one new person. Who had an iPhone repaired there that was broken worse because of them or not fixed at all.

Tldr: these guys are rip offs, go anywhere else. I recommend the fine folks at Trader...
