Couldn't be happier in working with Waverly. They answered all my questions about construction and features. Once going so far as calling the manufacturer to get the answer. My 30 cabinets were delivered quickly. There was a couple pieces damaged. Quick easy form to fill out to get replacements which arrived within a week. When I was assembling one of the last cabinets, a small part buried within a package of screws was damaged. This was weeks after I took delivery. I wrote a note asking to buy a replacement (as it was outside damage reporting window). 2 days later the part showed up at my doorstep no questions...

We had purchased cabinets from here. We made an appointment with John. We had a vision but due to time contraints and his tee time we were rushed into not getting exactly what we wanted. Anyway, we got a few defective cabints and notified them. We did not hear back or were able to get in touch with anyone until we called identifying ourselves as new customers. We got a person ASAP. Long story short, no replacements on the damaged items, and the cabinets we got are chipping from normal wear and tear less than a year of installation. We emailed pictures as well.
