I went to this pumpkin patch with my girlfriend to just enjoy the weekend. For something that should have easily turned into an enjoyable experience turned into an awful experience. First, the employees there, mostly derived of young teenagers, had a bad attitude, as if they had no joy in their work. I then waited in line for an HOUR on a activity only to be told I cannot enter the activity! We wanted to try hamster ball activity, but because I was over the weight limit, ny girlfriend and I were not allowed in. When the employees informed me of this, they told me with no degree of commiseration. I learned that the requirements for the activity was hidden by the employees chair. Not only was it hidden, but even if it was visible, it would be hard to read as it was displayed in a sheet of paper 10 feet away from where the line was formed. I was so disappointed, I wasted an hour of time for nothing. At the bare minimum, requirements for the activities should be posted in BOLD. I then went back to booth to request a refund. I explained the circumstances, as I only bought the tickets for that specific activity. The employees had no sense of sympathy for the inconvenience I faced, and bleakly denied my request. I think you guys should heavily consider which pumpkin patch you attend. It could save you time, money, and provide you the best experience. If you don’t want to risk being denied entry for a simple activity because the site cannot successfully display the requirements, then what other surprises might you find yourself in. If you want a more hospitable and cheaper pumpkin patch, choose another location! Another downside is that they charge for photos. Other pumpkins patches like in Culver City provide free photo areas for photos. Why waste money here for photos. The “photo booths” were nothing more than a couple of stacked hay and pumpkins, which can be found in any other pumpkins patch. Choose your pumpkin...
Read moreA very, very bad experience. This month, I took my daughter to many places to watch Halloween activities. This was the worst time. I took my daughter to play the green inflatable castle. The young female ticket inspector was very unfriendly. I think he might just want to sit there playing with her mobile phone and talk to friends. My daughter was only two years old. This inflatable castle was the first time she went in alone. When she succeeded, she wanted to share it with me. She just went out to find her mother waiting outside and went in again and asked to give the ticket again. I gave the ticket again. The ticket inspector opened the door unhappily. After entering, my daughter played around and asked to go home. When my daughter stood at the door waiting to open the door, the ticket inspector was always playing with her mobile phone. I went up and asked the ticket inspector to open the door. The young lady opened the door impatiently and then continued to play with her mobile phone. She was very indifferent and impatient, but she chatted with another ticket inspector very happily. Next time I won't choose here again, I will also tell my friends that some people here are very unfriendly...
Read morePrices are extremely high in this economy. They should charge maybe a reasonable entry fee and unlimited access to activities. Plus some staff looked like they were not engaged, with caring to provide a customer service & good experience. The only good interaction was with the young man that worked Sunday afternoon with the jeep rides. He was so impressive and helped my grandson constantly make his turns and kept him on track . He gets a 5 star or...
