Whitestone allows a tenant to use a non-licensed handyman to install new fixtures in a dangerous and unsafe manner. He's been doing this for 5 years! I asked personnel at Whitestone office if his contract to was breached and he lied to me. He said he would have to see what his contract says. No publicly traded REIT would write a contract in such a way to allow unlicensed work on their property, which not only endsgers lives and property, but their would involve themselves in the liability and complicity of unlawful actions.

Its also against his TDLR gallery owner license and he could be fined or jailed, as well as losing his gallery license.
