Hello! I was looking for a good Pho place near home and found this location. My first order was delivered and the food arrived cold. The second time I had ordered they were charging extra for sauces so I had cancelled the order. Third try, today. I kept calling, calling and calling so I decided to drive to the location, they opened and I said to them I have been calling and the call wasn’t going thru. To make a long story short Pho Mac blocked my number because they said that I had placed an order and didn’t pick it up, which I had cancelled the order while I was on the phone. My thought is, what if I was involved in an accident or an emergency took place. This restaurant BLOCKED my number because they said I had ordered food and didn’t pick it up and that they called me 10 times. Any time my phone rings that many times I’m answering and want to know who this is calling my phone this many times. I am sorry if there was an language barrier between the person on the phone and I, and he didn’t cancel my order when I had asked, that’s not my fault. I am very disappointed with Pho Mac because I thought I had found a closer spot for Pho soup. I will continue to go back to my original spot even though it is a little further, Pho Apple, and their food is much tastier. This is not good business blocking people and you don’t know what Life circumstances hold, even though this wasn’t the case, but what if it was.
P.S. I had still purchased food from them even when I had found out they had blocked me. I told them to leave it block, I will not do business with them. I don’t do things like. The food...

(2 stars) 2025.01 online ordering review:
(Deduction of 2 stars) I clicked into the website posted on their map bio for the location at HWY121, and placed an order not knowing they have another location on Princeton, when arriving at HWY121 location, the staff checked and told me that it’s for another location on Princeton and I have to drive there to pick up the order.
While placing order online, there was no warning or indication to ask customers to select which location to pick up, how can someone who doesn’t know you have multiple locations to select one or the others?
(Deduction of 1 star) While placing order, the pictures on the Grilled Pork rice plate showing there is an egg that comes with the order, on the add-on options also indicate add extra egg, but then when receiving the order, there was no egg with the order. I don’t mind to pay for the egg, but if your rice plates doesn’t come with egg, you should at least add a note or take pictures without the eggs for all of your rice plates that you are advertising.
You guys need to do something to clearly mark to ask customers to pick locations for pick up!! Or else people will end up wasting time and toll because of this.
I didn’t mentioned anything to the staff at Princeton store, they seemed nice guys, but I mostly likely will not be back again because of...
Read moreI have dined at this establishment three times. I wanted to try out a few times so I won't be biased. The service was average all three times I visited. For some reason, the servers keep forgetting our drinks. The place was clean and the tables were orderly like chess pieces (a plus for me.) The food is a hit or miss. I ordered the pho dac biet the first time I was there in November 2018. The aroma was good, but the taste lacked depth. The vegetables accompanied with the pho was scarce at best. For the price, i expected better pho. The second i visited, the pho was good. The broth flavor was bold and rich like a Fiesta party. My wife and i was very satisfied. I ate there last Sunday and ordered the bun bo hue and a banh xeo. The bun bo hue was divined. It was meaty and flavorful. The meat cuts melt in your mouth, and the blood cake was soft and doesn't have that overly iron after-taste. The best i have tasted in a while. The banh xeo was crispy, but the taste fell short. The toppings looked like it was boiled before it was added to the banh xeo. It doesn't have the flavor on its own. I guess they rely too heavily on the flavor of the fish sauce that comes with it. In the end, if you are in the Frisco area and don't want to drive to Garland or Richardson, the bun bo hue is pretty tasty. I will be...
