I shop at this store all the time but will never return. I was just profiled while in the store. I didn’t look or feel my best (no make-up, healing from an invasive laser treatment, and in my lounge around clothes) but needed a gift for my friends birthday. When me and my 8 year old son left the store with no purchase, the OWNER Megan walked out and demanded if she could have the stores bracelet back. My son was wearing a bracelet, a bracelet he won at school for running a mile. Not once did she ask to see the bracelet, or if we forgot to pay for something, or see him take a bracelet, CLEARLY. Just “can I have that bracelet back”. When I snapped at her and told her that’s his bracelet, and shame on her for embarrassing and scaring my son, she said nothing. She turned her back to us, while my son was tearing up and walked back to her store. I had to call to get an apology. Super unprofessional staff but more importantly, how can someone like this, own and operate a business. We also went to the shop next door, and even with no luck finding a gift there, the manager whom we know, said thank you for stopping by and gave my son a free notebook. I really hope Megan or her staff get proper training for situations they “think” verses “know” because they deeply hurt my sons feelings and...

The girl behind the counter (I'm assuming she's the owner) was so sweet and helpful. It's such a cute shop. Great paint selection too. My husband was very impressed there was a small nook with goodies for men/man caves. He looked it over very thoroughly while we talked about paint and kids. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area and like cute things or are into restoring/refinishing/updating furniture. Great store for all...

Lyla's Clothing and Gifts is a really cool shopping experience on the downtown strip in Plano... So much fun and tons of gift a d clothing items to choose from... Their window dressing is enticing and the sales staff is cheerful and very helpful... Thanks Daphne for a fun afternoon at Lyla's...
