Don't even deserve 1 star , worst target I've ever been to.... the staff they hire here seem like they don't want to work.... .. I bring in formula that I just got online to return ...never opened.... I wait in the customer service line for 15 min then this spanish lady tells me that I cannot return formula even if it's not opened ... only exchange... and they don't even carry the formula that my baby take.... after that I said ok and left ... called another target ask them if I can return and they say yes.... I don't know what that lady problem is but according to target return policy they do allow returns on baby formula especially when it's not even opened.... I will never come back to this specific location and would not recommend any one here due to staff very rude and discriminating ...... whoever supervisor of this location really need to hire new staff the team they have currently working here really horrible..... I just trying to return my item and go on with my day... and it feels like they want me to beg them to let me return.... that lady that was serving me at customer service really need to follow target return policy and stop working off her emotions.... if you not happy working there then go do somthing else... nobody is forcing anything on you..... but if you work please just do your job correctly.....you are making target...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCompanies need retention of customers and unfortunately but true, this store is losing a customer and membership holder because of the level of customer service provided to me. I made an order to be delivered between 9pm to 10pm, nearly an hour over expected time to receive the order, I contacted customer service, and the associate blame the delivery company instead of taking full responsibility of the matter. Customer service agent dares to tell me that it is not targets fault because, delivery company it is a third party sub contracted company. The employee from that delivery company is that responsible, that she does answer to shipt headquarters. My question is, Is this the customer service that we as customers deserve, when we are paying for a service, trusting the company?. I am a Store Manager, and am 110% sure that if a customer show to my store with a company, I would exceed customers expectation trying to make that customer happy and retaining the customer trust over my company. Extremely dissapointed. This was my first delivery with the membership and for sure the last one. Horrible customer service! Do not waste your money paying for this...

The website and confirmation said it would be ready within two hours which was perfect because I ordered it at 10 oāclock in the morning. I had my order sent to two different stores because one store was out of stock. The sawgrass location completed my order of eight items within an hour and this location it had been 24 hours and my order of just two items had not been filled. I contacted customer support multiple times and they said to just keep waiting. I did not have time to just keep waiting because it was a gift and also I am going out of town. I understand if the store is busy and not prepared for a large amount of orders but the wait time should be reflected in the confirmation email. The most annoying part was that my items were slowly coming out of stock and I saw that it went from three available to two available. this morning I went to the store and picked the items off of the shelves myself and filled the order myself. customer service was very understaffed and there was a line out the door to speak to...
