I’ve been here once in December of 2020 and I was really happy with their service. But… A few months ago in April of 2021, I took my niece to get her nails done for prom. The work that was done was really nice but it took quite a while and wasn’t finished until after 8pm. Now here’s my issue. I tipped $20 with my card and I also wrote it down on my receipt. I specifically said $20 to the nail tech and my niece heard me loud and clear. Surprisingly, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $40 instead! It’s crazy how someone could be so sneaky to steal more than what was already given! I’ve called multiple times about this issue and still I have not received a refund yet…
Tomorrow is my birthday and I thought. Hmmmm, let me give them one last chance to make it right and see what happens. So we went in this morning right at opening… I requested a Heavenly Milk & Honey Pedicure I even pointed to the picture but the nail tech gave me a Citrus Lemon Pedicure instead but without the lemons. My husband had lemons but I didn’t smh. Prior to my visit, I had cut my own nails and they were already short. The nail tech kept filing them down but there was nothing else left to file which hurt! While filing the sides after putting on the polish, I kept pulling my toes away because my sides were burning and it was painful. Fast forward to my manicure… I don’t know if it means they’re cutting too much or just in the wrong area but when the tech started cutting my cuticles it hurt! Now after getting home, I took a better look at my nails and I’m just so upset at the work that was done. My nails look bumpy with lines, doesn’t look smooth at all! Such a horrible job! My husband and I were their first clients this morning. Not too long after, there were probably 2 walk-ins but they were taken cared of by 2 other nail techs which means there was no line and nobody was waiting! It was just us! The whole time, my pedi and mani felt soooo rushed!!! It was so rushed like someone was waiting to be assisted but no one was! This mornings experience for me will be my last at this specific location. When you go to get your nails done, you walk in thinking it’s going to be relaxing and enjoyable. Nope! Not here…
FYI, make sure you choose a nail tech that’s gentle and knows what they’re doing or you’ll be leaving this place with jacked up looking nails and cuts...
Read moreWe had an appt for 4 pedicures at 2pm came in on time, and waited 45 minutes to be sat, only to then wait again until the water on our feet went cold before they added water and started. Nobody gave us the gel colors until we asked about a dozen times between the 4 of us, and when we asked for the colors for dip powder it was the same problem. When she was done with my toes, I looked at them and the polish wasn't completely on all the does, and I has pink gel polish on my toe and nicks on my cuticles, as did my niece and sister in law. The polish was also uneven and left the color uneven on my feet and gloopy on some toes, and too thin on some. While I had my hands done, my nieces toe nail was smudged, and it took her asking several times before anyone even acknowledged her, let alone help her. While I was having the tips done for my nails, I realized they were way too short, and asked for the nail tech to please remove them, since we were literally at stage one, it was the easiest time to do this. She ignored me when I asked two times, and my SIL finally asked louder and she acknowledged her, and VERY begrudgingly began to clip the tips and sent them flying all over, and was super aggressive with my hands, nicking my fingers in several places, and began speaking another language to the person beside herself angrily. The rest of the time she would do my nails for a few minutes, and would then leave for 10 minutes at a time, and angrily continue with my nails. When she was done she got up and walked away without saying anything. My hands have nicks under my nails, and while the color is cute, the shape by my cuticle is uneven and is CHIPPING after not even one day. I have never been treated so terribly as I was here, and my...
Read moreMy husband called a week before and made an appointment for my friend and I to have a manicure on my birthday. When we arrived, they had no record of an appointment. We waited about 40 minutes and watched while other walk-in customers were served before us. When it was my turn to be seated, I tried to ask the employee a question, but she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Apparently she thought I was asking for my friend and I to be seated together, but I wasn’t. Anyway, we had to wait even longer. Nobody in the salon spoke very good English. Communication was very difficult. Eventually we got our manicures. I was not asked what shape I wanted my nails (she cut them square, but I wanted them more rounded). One of my nails was filed crooked at the end. The paint was done VERY poorly and looked bumpy, not smooth. And the gel nail polish peeled off after only 9 days. Not a...
