We walked into the store with 4 employees. Two were talking to each other and were on their phones. One was just walking around. The last employee was checking a man out, other that the store was empty. When the employee behind the counter was done helping the only other customer in the store out, and once he left, she walked past us to the guy walking around and started talking and laughing, yet nobody said nothing. My husband and I stood there waiting and after 6 minutes in the store, standing, making eye contact, without an acknowledgment, from anyone. Not a “Welcome to Men’s Warehouse,” or “”Can I help you find something?” Nothing! My husband was upset and I said, “Can we get some help?” Then, and only then we were even given a second look. If it wasn’t for a rental we needed for a wedding, I would have left and had gone to Nordstrom or Macy’s. This isn’t the norm for MW, we bought all our wedding suits for our party here. We have rented Tux’s from here but after this experience I don’t think we will return. Management problem? Employee's who are all in their 20's without work ethic problem? I don't know but something should be done or this location could...
Read moreMy husband just came in to this location. Which was empty of any customers. But yet the people working there refused to help him. Finally a young man came from the back and asked if he had been helped. My husband said no and I dont understand why. When he asked for an item that was purchased in the past from this location, he was told they dont sell them. So finally my husband asked can you check if its online?. The younger clerk asked the other worker who said I cant do that only a manager can. So my husband asked to speak to a manager. The female manager walked up and said we dont have those. So my husband asked the manager could she check online. She told him no but you can do it yourself. With all the brick and mortar stores that are closing, this is the reason why. A empty store and 1 customer and 3 sales clerks including a manager could care less about actually working or providing customer service. Wow I can see a store closing very soon. Where can I shop without dealing with rude non service. Oh thats right online. Amazon...
Read moreI had a good experience.
I found that the gentlemen in the store were knowledgeable and very friendly. I had been going around different places with my husband to find the perfect pocket square and lapel pin, and I was unable to find any that were striking for his navy blue suit.
We were helped out immediately with an associate that knew his suits and his colors. Suggested a few selections and even found us a great lapel pin. We bought the pin and decided to go elsewhere for a pocket square since we didn't find any cool ones we liked.
The service was outstanding and they were very knowledgeable. They knew about style and it showed.
We ended up finding a pocket square at Nordstrom rack but he wore the cool lapel pin! I like my cool fold. Check out...
