My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. I LOVE this store, employees, clothing and service! I left my down vest in the changing room and realized it while driving 35 miles away. I called the store, yes they found it, took my address and 2 days later was in my mail box.

This has got to be my worse online shopping experience EVER! I will never shop here again. Returned item, no credit, item lost, waited on hold for over an hour (with horribly annoying repeating music) only to be placed on hold again another 3 times for 10 minute intervals....
