My wife and I visited this store to buy some cosmetics on 7/21/2024. When we first entered, none of the staff greeted us. When we approached them with questions, they were extremely arrogant and spoke very loudly, making us feel misunderstood. The overall shopping environment was poor, with the store appearing messy and noisy. Whenever we asked a question, the staff responded impatiently and dismissively.
Especially at checkout, the staff’s attitude worsened. I had to control my emotions to avoid ruining my wife’s mood. When we were checking out the last product, the staff member questioned why I had the product in my hand, as if accusing me of stealing. This particular staff member appeared to be of Asian descent and could speak Chinese with me. However, despite speaking the same language, she never showed me any respect, which made me feel very ashamed. It was clear that she did not provide good service to people of her own background, and I doubt she would treat others any better.
As a retail business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. If I were the manager or owner of this store, I would shut it down immediately due to the severe lack of customer service. I am not sure if this middle-aged Asian woman is the manager, but she should reconsider her position.

Read moreA very 'pessimo' customer service, they are very rough and charge me very quickly. my experience was that they were charging me 92 dls of more in the products and they tried to confuse me and consider returning everything !! An employee who speaks Spanish who for some reason does not bring their names in her clothes was very rude saying that was speaking in my language, it was a pretty strong situation..., she forgets that she is employed and put words trying to make feel that does not understand, as I will understand if those who were working speak English as a second language. I asked her not to talk to me like that and she argued that I ignore her, she was not taking care of me and I asked her to shut up, that Hispanic lady is a person who does not have the capacity to work with clients! I have 30 years working with clients and I would never talk to a customer like that. she tried to intimidate me saying that she was going to call security and of course I did not intimidate myself because in the end they were stealing my money making double charges. Read moreI had an excellent customer service experience with this store, and I cannot thank their manager Mayling enough! I had an issue with my purchase, (ended up with the wrong product), which I didn’t realize until I got back home. I live several hours away down in Illinois, so called the store to see if there was anything that could be done.
Once I got a chance to speak with Mayling, she went through the situation with me step by step to see how she could remedy the issue. She took extra time and effort to help me while also handling a busy store, which I really appreciated. She also went to great lengths to find the correct product for me in their inventory.
I worked in retail for over a decade, and I know that it can be challenging to help a customer over the phone while you have a busy floor full of customers. Any time Mayling needed to call me back, she did so quickly as promised, and had great follow-up throughout the entire process.
