Smoker's Gift Shop — Local services in Pleasanton

I bought a hookah from this store and after using it just once and rinsing the inside, a bit of water touched the exterior — the decorative paint and flowers started peeling off immediately. Clearly, the materials used are very poor quality.

I called them politely to explain the issue and asked for a simple exchange or refund. But the staff was rude, nervous, and unhelpful.

First time I called, they said the owner would call me back — he never did. Second time, I was told to come in and speak to the manager. I drove an hour to get there, and the manager said only the owner could help. I asked for the owner’s phone number to avoid another useless trip — they refused to give it.

When I said I would leave a review, the Manager just said with angree tone: “Go ahead, leave it.”
