I would avoid this place like the plague. If you have no issues with your appliances, I am sure this would be a fine place to shop, but if you have any issues then GOOD LUCK. They sold me a new slate GE refrigerator that sounds like a helicopter is in my kitchen. When I complained, they acted like it must have been an unbelievable occurrence. They had the unti replaced after a long back and forth. The new unit they sent never even got cold. They acted like I was asking for the world when I wanted to be compensated for $100 of food lost. They then sent another unit that was louder than the original one that actually worked. When I complained they acted like I was nuts. They finally sent someone out and he spent 45 min looking at it after saying "yeah you can definitely hear it". He then told me that he was going to "look into things" and get back to me. They then spent 3 weeks ignoring my emails and calls. Finally they answered when I called from a different number and they tried to pretend like they didn't get any of my other contacts. The guy who came out said its loud but it doesn't matter what I think call GE. I had already dealt with GE multiple times. 1 Tech came and said "all the fans were on high and I lowered them"....Lie. Another tech said "what do you want me to tell you, you bought a loud refig with 5 fans....at least he was honest. ...
Read moreThis may be the best appliance purchase experience ever. From the first moment of speaking with Rich of the sales crew right through to the delivery: perfect. I started my search looking on the Internet and within the large stores but I quickly became confused and overwhelmed with all of the choices. -I had little idea which brand was better than the other because they all look so nice, and are full of bells and whistles and sensors and steam and sanitation and the list goes on. I wanted a reputable brand and had many questions for whatever salesman I would eventually be speaking to. The large stores lacked any knowledgeable salespeople. Ray's appliance was recommended to me by a neighbor and friend who have been going there for years. I eventually decided upon a Maytag. This would replace my previous Maytag which lasted only five years(almost to the day.). I was especially impressed with the delivery crew who fully explained the importance of having the machine properly shimmed and leveled so as not to damage the components. -my previous Maytag had been delivered by one of the large box stores, was always somewhat un-level, which I attribute partially to why it failed in the first place. I plan to return to Ray's appliances whenever I am in the market for something new. Keep up the...
Read moreI can’t say enough about how great the team is here. I’ve bought appliances from big box stores and have always been frustrated with the fact that no one can ever speak intelligently to an appliance or answer questions. I came in here with a friend a month back who was shopping for a washer and dryer. Justin took us around the store and explained the various options/brands/features. He asked questions. What’s important to you? Like a true salesperson; a good one. I want an expert. I want someone who knows all of the things that I don’t; that can ask the right questions to then offer you the best option based on your actual needs. And he did that. So less than a month later, my washing machine stopped working. I didn’t even go back in. I called, asked for Justin and twenty minutes later, after I got a quick and thorough breakdown of the two options I was interested in, I’d bought a washing machine. I am sad that I do not remember the names of the two gentlemen that came to install it, but they were both lovely as well. The one gentleman gave me a full tutorial and was very thorough in removing the old and hooking up the new. Overall, I am not often impressed anymore at service received and this whole experience blew me away. I will 100% return the next time an appliance bites...
