Best experience across the board!!!
My husband and I have made a lot of furniture purchases over the years (weāve renovated multiple homes) since every home we renovate has a different layout.
We always dread a furniture visit - what feels like should take 20 minutes takes 2 hours. We moved into another home last October and Iāve wanted a new couch for almost a year. We went to a local box store furniture supplier and hated everything. I would explain what I was looking for and either NOTHING was available configuration or color wise. If I found something remotely close the price was absolutely ridiculous.
I had come across Minnesofa after doing some online research. I decided to make a call to them one Sunday afternoon after reading the reviews online. The phone was answered by Luke, one of the owners, of the establishment. I explained what I was looking for (color, material, configuration, cost) and within minutes he sent me a text of what he knew would work. This was all via phone (within 15 minutes) as we live an hour from the store. Another plus - they delivered to our home for a VERY reasonable travel fee.
Our couch arrived and was delivered a week later. Austin and the other gentleman who delivered the couch were the nicest guys and provided a white glove delivery service.
Final conclusion- we will never shop anywhere else again! From customer service to product and price Luke and his team provided the BEST service Iāve ever had when furniture shopping! Thanks so much guys for helping to make our house a home by helping us find a couch that will allow our very large family to gather together...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese guys were great! We found them through FB Marketplace. It's a small business that was started a few years ago by two young entrepreneurs. (You can read about them on their website). HERE'S THE DEAL... They began fixing and refurbishing furniture in a basement, and now their business has grown to a small warehouse in Plymouth, where they sell a variety of nice, BRAND NEW furniture as well. Because they have a smaller space and fewer employees, their expenses are lower, so they can sell you the exact same furniture that you would buy at Ashley or any other big name furniture store for less, because they have less overhead. They can customize and they get the pieces from the same manufacturers as the bigger stores. The sales rep who helped us (Austin) was fantastic. Super accomodating to all of my ridiculous measurement and customization requests even days after we had left the showroom. Within a week and a half, Luke (one of the owners) and Joey carefully delivered our furniture and connected everything so that it was in place and fully functional. I was skeptical at first, but after talking to them and viewing their operation, now I'd say that they seem pretty legit! Manufacturers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was searching for furniture on Facebook when I came across the posting for Minnesota Furniture. We are in the process of furnishing an entire cabin, and since there are so many upfront costs with our new acquisition, we had to limit our spending on furniture.
My husband and I stopped by the store the other day and we couldnāt have been more pleased! Both Luke and Max were extremely personable and professional. Luke actually went above and beyond to contact us when an item we were looking for came into the store.
The furniture in the store is high-quality and well displayed. More importantly, it is all very reasonably priced!
We purchased a wood desk and two counter stools that very day. Today we stopped by and ended up buying a sectional sofa with recliners. We will definitely be going back again as soon as we figure out what else we need to furnish our cabin.
I highly recommend Minnesota Furniture...
