The UPS store in Plymouth (off Vicksburg) is running a great ship! I’ve been a mailbox holder there for more than seven years and enter their store three to five times a week. I use their shipping service weekly to points all over the U.S. and I routinely have copies and prints made, documents notarized, and pick up shipments receive on my behalf. They’ve consistently done a great job, but the crew they have right now is absolutely first rate! They’re friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and willing to seek solutions if they don’t know the answers, caring, pleasant, and just all-around fantastic humans! I adore them and recommend their services to anyone who needs them! You simply cannot go wrong with these folks and I trust them with all of my shipping and business...

I had such a great experience at the UPS Store in Plymouth while getting my mom’s passport photo taken. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kenny, who completely turned what could’ve been a quick errand into such a joyful interaction.

Kenny was friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. He made the process quick, easy, and even fun. He went above and beyond to make sure the photo looked great and met all the requirements, while also making me feel comfortable and welcome.

It’s not every day you leave a passport photo appointment smiling, but thanks to Kenny, that’s exactly what happened. If you need a passport photo (or any service they offer), I highly recommend stopping by this location—you’ll be in great hands.

Terrible! I placed an online order to make 8 color copies printed. The confirmation e-mail said it would be ready by 2:30 PM the following day. I went there at 3:30 PM, and they didn't have my order nor any record of the order. We verified on my phone it was the correct store and I had an order. They offered to print it for me, but I didn't have a digital copy of the file with. I had already prepaid for this order and they said they had no way of refunding my money. So now I wasted my time driving over there, to not have my order completed, and I will likely have to deal with them through my credit card company to have my money refunded. If these guys can't even complete a simple 8 page copy order, I wouldn't trust them for anything. Go...
