Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

Recently moved so this is now the nearest location to me and this was my first maybe 2nd time trying this location and I wasn't pleased my visit I just had. I set a couple online orders, an extra one because I forgot an item. I start off saying I have an online order for me but there is two. I go threw and only receive one and have to go back around ,that's okay, it doesn't upset me. But then I take drink of one of my favorites drinks I purchased and wonder why there are no Strawberries and go back AGAIN because I happen to love that part of that drink very much and ask if they were out of Strawberries and they say no, they have them. I go back and they give me a tiny cup of what seemed like the least amount of Strawberries I've ever had, mind you I had the largest size available too. I ask for more please and they tell me no I would have to pay extra and I said I thought extra scoops were free? Would not give me any after driving around twice for their mistakes and would assume they would do that to please me after the inconvenience. Then I double check on the app soon as I leave and yes, If I wanted 1 scoop or 3 no price difference and was lied to. My daughter ordered her drink and the person taking her order did not put the order in correctly. When we got to the window and she stated it was incorrectly the person was very rude and said well that is not what I heard so I can void your drink order and recharge you. Sorry you made the mistake because she repeated her order twice. And all we got was well to bad because that is not what I heard. Called the store manager and they told us too bad it is what it is and if that is what they heard then that is what was made. I was there order 3 drinks 1 asking for 1/2 cream and the other not 1/2 cream but they are lazy to make them separate, they make my 2 drink with 1/2 cream in them, i came back asking them why are both of my drink have 1/2 cream in there , the lady open the window with bad attitude and raise her voice said and say drinks look the same if she is remake them they come out the same because the cream and slams the window, with bad services like that never come back there , hope you guy can fix that attitude, she is tall and biggest one in store, i don't...
