I observed most people aimlessly bumping into ropes/each other/locked doors/closed entrances before they figure it out. I gather this would ultimately create long-run inefficiency, and don't forget about the added frustration for the dumb ones.

Pros: New everything! Recent technological upgrades and renovations have brought this place into the modern era. Red leather loveseats...for everyone!! With ultra quite electronic personal comfort adjustable cup holding center armrest-UP bring a blanket and pillow because this theatre is going to let you get cozy. A Chipotle and three grocery stores are within walking distance. Say no more. Genuinely nice staff. The staff are young and always friendly. They are trained to make sure the guests are completely comfortable and relaxed. And they nail it.

In the end this place is actually a 4.7 star quality because they have just a couple of easily fixable annoyances This theatre is definitely worth a drive for the city dwellers. I'm pretty sure they still have $5 Tuesday nights 2...

RACIALLY PROFILED!!!… me and my friend went to watch the nun 2 (sep/17/7:30) after the fact (we both bought tickets and I was single out and and told that i didn’t have a ticket then was embarrassed and excoriated out making people believe I snuck in to watch the movie. Knowing I paid and he watched both me and my friend tickets get checked when I was told to come out the movie I paid for I was nervous and told my friend to follow me and he said your friend can stay I want you and my friend denied and came with I didn’t want to jump into conclusions so I gave him the benefit out the doubt and followed him out to show him are tickets outside the movie I didn’t want get loud or make it a big deal. So we let him check this is the first occasion that he confronted us about) the Second one was when he followed us from concessions when we went to get popcorn and slowly trailed and following us all the way to are movie and we where sitting!!! he had came in the are movie and Started standing besides us and staring!!! at us so when I saw that me and my friend me and my friend laughed it off and went on are phone to make a review about his customer service as I’m doing that a notification goes off and his flash turns on the he scolded us and say that there’s a no phone and a no talking policy which wasn’t posted anywhere or told to us so we didn’t want any problems so we told him sorry sir it was a notification and then proceeded to go off and tells us TO “GET OUT PLUS THERES NO REFUND”then the couple beside us tells the manager that we where not doing anything wrong and was just a simple accident but WHERE PULLED OUT THE MOVIES A SECOND TIME and went off about the policy that was posted for everyone to see then started to talk about how there losing money because people are on there phone and where talking this man or should say child was following us and trying to make a multiple allegations and reasoning to kick us out because we are are black teens that wanted to...

Wow. I have never been treated so badly in my life before at a freaking movie theater. I came here with my younger siblings to see the re-release of End Game. This was our 9th time watching it in this specific theater. My family has been coming to this theater for years.

We picked up our tickets (they were bought previously online) and walked over to get snacks for the movie. I spent exactly $62.19 on popcorn, snacks and beverages for the 4 of us. As we proceeded to the ticket check person, Josh B. We were carrying a ton of snacks, drinks and popcorn and our hands were full. We each brought a little blanket because the theater gets so cold. Josh B. made us put all of our stuff down and shake out our blankets because he wanted to make sure we weren't bringing in any "outside food." Um... We literally just spent $62 on snacks for a movie. Why would I do that if I was bringing any outside food? Also, how can we sneak anything in through blankets if our hands are full of snacks that were purchased at the theater? I told him that it was ridiculous and that we have never been asked to do this when we have been coming here almost weekly for the last 5 years. He said, "Well, that's policy." Whatever, I wasn't going to argue with him. We shook out our blankets and picked our food back up and walked through. We turned around and say 6 other groups of people, carry blankets, that were not told to shake theirs out. What was the difference between them and us? They were Caucasian and we were black. After watching all of these groups go through, I asked Josh B. why he didn't ask the other groups to shake their blanks. He said he didn't think it was "necessary" for him to check them. Um, no. If something is a policy, it should apply to EVERYONE and not just a select few. He's young and probably a high school student but that ideology is absolutely unacceptable and very racist. I will be going to other theaters going forward regardless of how far I have to drive. Please...
