I got a quote for some picture frames that needed some work, mainly just glass replacement. Dropped my picture off on a Saturday and was told they would be done in a couple of days.

Received a call from the owner three days later saying that I was missed quoted, and the cost of the repairs were almost double what I was quoted. She was unwilling to work with me on price, which I told her I was not going to be paying for her employees training.

Bad business practice all the way around will not be going back here.

Bad attitudes here. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. Being blatantly rude to people is not good customer service. It doesn't matter who comes through your doors. Respect is key to any successful business. If you can't respect your common citizens then you don't have customers....
