My family and I stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip between Yellowstone and Salt Lake. I was skeptical when I saw the building, but decided to try it anyway. We learned quickly that Rim Rock is a hole-in-the-wall gem!
We were looking for a good local burger, and this really hit the spot. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We're from Ohio and did not realize that state law doesn't allow minors where alcohol is served. The staff directed us to a nearby local park with picnic tables where we could eat, as well as a nearby convenience store where we could find a wider selection of family friendly drinks.

This bar and grill is laid back, the menu is EXTENSIVE, and honestly it is priced so well! A huge BLT + a side for $8.50? You can't beat that anywhere.
They had great draft beers and our server Danny was on point. He was fun, gave us ice waters to go, and really made our lunch a hit! I ordered the smoked ham cold cut sandie and it was great! The ghost pepper cheese was so good, and their green side salad has tiny chunks of PICKLES in it! Don't knock it till you try it!
I don't get to Poky that often, but when I do, this is ALWAYS gonna be my spot! Amazing job...

I've been driving by Rim Rock for 20+ years and never thought to stop by, let alone call in an order for takeout, but I'm sure glad I decided to do that today.
