The food is usually fine but the manager has some serious anger issues or something. The app wasn’t working and i said i get it’s not your fault but it’s so stupid that a store can’t honor the online advertisements so i guess(trying to just place an order) - here she interrupts me again and in the snootiest extra high pitched way says well that’s just how it is so what else can i get started for ya? Her attitude from the start was awful so by this point I’d rather just go somewhere else and said your voice and tone (i realize while typing this that she probably thought i just meant voice but it was how she was talking to me. Her voice got bigger and higher throughout the conversation in that obnoxious obviously fake and mocking way) are pissing me off so I’m just going to leave and she completely lost it cursing and calling names. I totally get that i wasn’t perfect in this but at no point did i yell or curse or blame her i literally said what was going on and asked if there was anything we could do about it (she’s jumped straight to defensive and just got worse and mocking) i expressed frustration without blaming them and got mocked when i tried to order them cursed out when i said I’d rather just leave. There are definitely times when managers should stand ground and threaten cops but this wasnt even close to one of those times. Read moreWe visited the drive thru yesterday around 11:30 am there were no car’s behind us surprisingly. I worked at Jack in the Box, the drive thru, before in Sacramento, Ca on Arden Way and at times it could be stressful. It was in my college years 1991-1993. I ordered 2 bacon 🥓 cheeseburgers, substitute secret sauce add pickles and onions, well done, 2 tacos 🌮 with onions, large fries, large Diet Coke ( see photos ). Another car pulled up behind us and the gal said “does everything look correct?”and my driver glanced at the screen and he said “yes” . When I arrived home 🏡 the fries were hot and fresh, and the Diet Coke was great and tacos 🌮 had onions. The bacon 🥓 cheeseburgers had a sticker that read “Drive Thru Custom” , and I assumed she heard my requests about the well done part and substitute secret sauce and we didn’t want to hold up the line in the drive thru. As we proceeded to the window the gal seemed distracted and she did not repeat the order back so I could verify my special requests. She must have been multitasking or a combination of being busy or relying on the person working the grill preparing the food. Somewhere there was a miscommunication. I know from working there at JIB the person working the grill has a speaker where they can hear the orders through the drive thru loudly! Read moreMy child needed to go potty and we had just gotten done eating. I went to the car to drop off the food and came back in to go to the bathroom. The guy at the counter said the bathroom was for customers only and I said we already ate and she has to pee can he hurry. He then started making fun of me by imitating my hands (that showed I was frantic to get her to the bathroom before she peed herself). I told him that was unacceptable and rude for him to make fun of me and that my daughter needed to pee and could he just unlock the bathroom please. So then he told us we couldn’t use the bathroom there and then told the other employee that was training to not serve people “like that”. I wasn’t upset or anything until he started making fun of me. My child almost peed herself because we had to go somewhere else. Please train your employees on proper etiquete. He had no right to treat me like that and I was not rude to him at all until he started making fun of me. He also told the person that was being trained that people didn’t need to be served when they are upset like that, which I wouldn’t have been upset like that if he hadn’t been making fun of me.
