Burger King — Restaurant in Pocono Township

I've gone here multiple times before to pick up orders that my coworkers and I place for lunch. It's usually never more than 2 orders. I've never had an issue picking up more than one at a time. I would also like to mention nobody else ever came in line the entire time I was there. Today the man at the drive thru tried to tell me that you can only pick up one at a time (I was picking up 2). I asked him if it's the same if I were to pick them up inside, he said no I would be able to pick both up inside. There's absolutely no difference of picking it up inside or drive thru, both orders are already paid for, and they weren't large orders. I didn't put up much of a hassle bc I didn't want my food messed with. But for those who haven't been to this location, the parking lot is an absolute nightmare & it's located on an extremely busy road next to 2 major on and off ramps. Making this parking lot dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. I picked up the first order and pulled around for the second, which doing on a sat at 2pm was a hassle & waste of time. The Stroudsburg location at the mall is better, they don't make up fake policies & their parking lot isn't an absolute disaster. The food wasnt even good. This location is a...

I just got off of work and wanted a little bite to eat . I decided that I would stop apt the Burger King on 715 before heading home around 10:45 pm .I sat in the brightly lit drive-through waiting for anyone to respond to me for about 10 minutes, before going into the store to place my order. There was a girl at the front counter and I asked her if they're still open . She said not really we close in a few minutes. So I said to her i've been waiting in the drive-through for 10 minutes are you not going to serve me ? She said that they close the drive there 10 minutes early so they can clean up then said I mean I can but you're going to wait a while for your food. At this point it wasn't worth the frustration and I just walked out . What bothered me about the service at this location was the girl at the counters attitude. Look, I get it I've worked in the food industry long enough to know that you want to get out at the end of the night . But you are in the customer service industry , and if you can't put a smile on your face and give the customer what they want it then maybe you shouldn't work at...

This is the nastiest Burger King I have ever seen in my life . I am an assistant general manager at a burger king in Philadelphia and I know what burger king standards are . As you order food there is a waste bucket next to the broiler filled with grease and burgers which was pretty disgusting. The side you wait on for your food gives you a clear view of the fry station which was dirty dry nuggets and chicken patties on the floor . The sandwich maker is making sandwiches with jewelry on her arm which your not supposed to wear when handling food. One of the employees came over to the drink station to fill lids with gloves on . She walked away without cleaning the drink station . With the same gloves she went back and started scooping fries. Three people a older guy with a sweater vest and a older woman with her hair old not pulled back was like standing in the mess . This place is disgusting. I can't wait to head back to my location to tell my employees and to congratulate them on how much of a great job...
