I recieved a gift from my mother after Christmas. It was an expensive pajama set that didn't fit, and had a cherry pattern that i wasn't thrilled about. The pj's did not have any Christmas logos or anything that made it look like a holiday gift set. The gift receipt was in a little envelope that I did not open. I visited the store to make an exchange, and was told they didnt honor any Christmas returns, refunds or exchanges after January 12th. It was my fault for not reading the return policy on the receipt, that was so nicely hidden in a small envelope. I give this establishment 2 stars for their ridiculous return/exchange policy, as well as lack of compassion for me after having realized I had no choices and my mother wasted over $100. I missed the return date by 5 days. There were no exceptions or apologies . I won't be back. I will make sure to keep this rule in mind when I hear anyone wanting to purchase holiday gifts from this store. I am a local and support my local small businesses throughout the year. Go here every year never had a bad experience till now. On our way out the store after making a purchase we beeped. So of course we stopped and let them go through our bags and everything, obviously they found nothing because no one stole, then this lady who was a bit older who I'm assuming is the manager was clueless and just staring at my friend with a weird look and not saying anything. Super weird and uncomfortable interaction. She came off rude and clueless..., understandable if we didn't let her go through our bags everything but we did, very strange. They also forgot to put one of my items back in my bag after checking it !!!! First visit just browsing and was so happy I did . Fantastic selection of decor, clothing , gifts, jewelry. I had a blast and had to control myself!! I don’t enjoy shopping but fell in love with this store . Gianna was so sweet and helpful in picking out just the right sweatshirt for myself and my daughter. Everything was beautifully gift wrapped . I will definitely be visiting this store again and again . This store is a must visit in Point . You won’t be disappointed and you will leave happy . Definitely a great place for beach gifts that are beautiful...
