Sun City Produce — Local services in Pompano Beach

This is just a DNO, not a company. I advise everyone never to come here and have nothing to do with SunCity. The location of this company is simply unsuitable for its activities. The worst doors are 1-14, if there are trucks near you, then it is difficult to leave. But you have to do it There is little space for trucks, there is no parking for overnight stays. You have to look for parking on the road. The toilets are simply not the right word for dirty. Horror! It seems that people here simply do not know what they are doing. We arrived on Monday for unloading, we only had 10 pallets. We registered at the office at 10:00 p.m. Everything was fine. They told us that they would call when the doors were ready. They called around mid-morning and told us to come to the office. It turns out that our unloading is being postponed to the next day. Although the dispatcher agreed on everything with them. Iron! Got here yesterday morning at 8:40 am to make delivery. Appointment time was 9:00 am. They got me in a dock about 10:30am. Sat there alllll day to get unloaded. About 10:30 pm they made every truck undock and go park on the street where it's no parking. Told us all to come back in at 3 am. Did that only to find a sign on their window to come back now at 6 am. Did that again. Had to sit on the sidelines inside this circus of a place until after 4pm before I got into a dock. Again. It is now 5:06pm and still not getting unloaded here in dock. Bathroom inside is looking and smelling like you could catch a disease just walking in there and not about to check out or use their Porta potty. I can only imagine. Keeping a smile for them doesn't matter to them. This place is just God Awful inside and out. Only good thing I can say is I did meet a lot of nice driver's and one...

It's sad the parking is so horrible all the companies/brokers should stop dealing with them for what their drivers has to deal with delivering there. I always sit and watch drivers tear their trucks up parking. They can at least have drivers drop their trailers and park elsewhere to make it a little easier to park. Or get a bigger place. All. They want is the money don't care at all about their drivers. And on top of that they have attitudes in the office no profession at all. The dock workers and the yard drivers are very friendly and professional. On the weekends is a little better cus you can get into a door when u get there so there isn't a lot of traffic with everyone trying to get in a door at one time.
