Edit: Its been three days and I received a call from the account manager saying that the "regional manager" wants the couches returned because I left a negative review here on Google. That's the only reason, because I left a bad review. I've managed a few places and never would I demand my unhappy customer for something because they left a negative review. I'd take the matter into my own hands and fix the issue. As a cutomer, I'd expect the same. Definitely going back to Rent A Center.

Horrible place to go to. would not recommend what so ever. Management is completely incompetent me an my 7 almost 8 month pregnant girlfriend went there to pay on our couch an they told us because we order another couch we would have to pay that one even though the manager an assistant manager both said we would pay the price for the one we have now not the price for the new one that payment would be differd till next month. This company is laughable If they where not taking advandage of my 71 Year old Mother ! For one they called police to follow them to pick up money ! Two they have had refrigerator for 3 months for repair gave use small replacment that had roaches !...
