Ryan and Jenny and the manager Brandon were absolutely incredible! Very professional and kind. I liked that they gave us space to look around and if we had any questions to let them know. We did end up purchasing a bedroom set! āHoweverā the reason for the 4 star review isnāt for them I give them a 5 STAR! I know things happen with computers and delivery I get it we are all human, but when you are expected a delivery and you get a call thatās itās been canceled and donāt give a reason as to why the delivery was canceled and you have to ask why? This is crazy to me, explain why I just spent 6k with you so I deserve more details then your delivery has been canceled! Letās move on, now mind you this is Friday I got the call saying this delivery is canceled! Due to the system being down ok, how are you calling me? How are you putting your notes in that you called me? So when my system is down at work this means I canāt call or get on my computer for nothing! I have to wait on the IT guy to fix it, moving on come Saturday the wonderful Jenny reached out to me to let me know they are up and running and I should be getting a call shortly from corporate great! Fantastic! Now being 5pm they call! Look I donāt mean to come off as a snob or top priority but when a client spends 6k with you, you make them a priority you know because they were supposed to get their delivery today! Now we have to wait till the 27th? Are you kidding me? I loved the ones at the store they were amazing and I wished they worked for The corporate store maybe they can learn something from their sales team! How to actually treat people. Honestly if I didnāt like Ryan and Jenny and Brandon I would of canceled this order and went to bears. This is the second time Iāve gotten furniture from Caneās and this will be the last, only because this isnāt the first time they never showed up when they were supposed to! And the day before your delivery youāll get a phone call with a time frame? Thatās insane! Change that policy. Back in July, we had an unfortunate mishap where our dog chewed a small hole in the arm rest of our brand new reclining chair. I called and asked to order a replacement part. This in itself was a task. I called multiple times to be told I would receive a call back, after the third time of calling and never receiving a call back (for days) I called again and was told I would be contacted within 45 minutes...8 hours later, I still heard nothing back. I called again and received an apology and was told that they were still researching the part and price for the part and would contact me back. A few days later I FINALLY received a call back and was asked to send a photo of the numbers on a tag under my chair, which I did that day. I was then told that I would need to go into the store to purchase the part, since it could not be done through the phone, so I did. I purchased the part and was told it would be delivered to my home, this is still July at this point. September rolls around and I have yet to recieve the part. So I call, and ask for an update. At this point no one can find my order, and they tell me the part is on back order and will not be here until October. Iām asked again to send a photo of the tag under my chair, which led me to believe that the part was never ordered. . At this point Iām annoyed, but I do it because I want my part. Today, October 23rd I call because I still have not received my part and Iām told itās showing it will be delivered this week. I ask if I need to be home for the part delivery and Iām told yes. I ask if there is a tracking number for the part or a day that I need to come home, and Iām told no. How am I supposed to be home to receive the part if no one can tell me what day Iām going to recieve it? To say Iām frustrated and unsatisfied with Kaneās is an understatement. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible. I purchased two beds and two mattresses back in September. While purchasing them, they kept having issues with processing the paperwork. I had already paid, so I asked to just pick up the paperwork at a later date. No, they had me sit there well over 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out. Picked up the boxes at the store the following week. Without being given an option to inspect the contents, they were loaded in my truck and I was told that I could inspect when I got home and unpacked even though they had me sign that I had. One of the side rails was the wrong color. I called the store and was told they couldn't even find the part, and they couldn't tell me if I would be able to get the correct side rails. Finally after speaking with the manager multiple times, including two people at their corporate office, I was told that the rails were being sent via UPS to the store to expedite arrival. The next time I spoke with them, they changed it to them being sent on the freight truck from the manufacturer. No word for over a week. I followed up once again to find out that they still had not even shipped and was told they would be shipped 10/26 and arrive in an additional 1-2 weeks. I called on 11/30 to check the status on when the truck would arrive and was told they would call me back. No phone call. I called again today 11/5 (nearly 2 weeks after they were supposed to have shipped) to check the status and told them no one ever called me back last week. I was assured that they would call me today with an update, yet here I sit at nearly 6 pm with no answer. They are open until 9 pm, but doubt they will call as promised. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone. On the occasions I have actually gotten someone on the phone, they try to make it sound like they are doing YOU a favor by getting you the correct furniture that you purchased....
