This place is brand new and already a mess from families with kids, that the parents aren't watching, rooting through all the clothes throwing stuff everywhere. All the while, the employees are all huddled in a circle talking and laughing and playing on their​ phones as if it's lunch break at high school. The biggest joke is the "loss prevention" employee. Every one of the Loss Prev employees I have seen here looks like they are all of 17 yrs old and would probably curl up in a ball and start crying if ever confronted with a real life situation instead of one on Call of Duty. If you stole some clothes here and they tried to stop you, one angry look and they would tell u to have a nice day. (That being said, if your stealing clothes from Ross you deserve to be caught.) I watched two kids the other day walking around with their mom and both kids were just filling up their pockets with whatever they wanted. The mom noticed more than once and didn't even phase her. Dark skinned short cashier with tattoos, had the absolute nastiest attitude and she does every single time I come. I don’t even know how they still have her working here. My mom paid and had to get the sensor off her shoes, she very loudly and rudely said “ugh!” all because she had to walk over not even two feet to the register next to her. Not only that she got mad I asked her to do cash and card, she proceeded to throw the bag at me with attitude. She’s always like this with everyone clearly doesn’t have any manners, literally ruins the whole outing to have to deal with someone’s unnecessary nasty attitude. She needs to get checked. I love shopping at Ross it's one of the only places where I could find any shoes that fit my size. Being a person that has a size 13 shoe you don't really find anywhere where you can get any variety in your size but Ross usually has at least a couple of pairs of shoes for me. Sometimes you could even do holiday shopping there and find exactly what you're looking for but what for way cheaper all in the same spot instead of going to multiple stores. I bought everything and I nice needed to start painting portraits along with a little movable statue in case she wants to draw people.
